1. Thyme breath spray ->Good breath
【植】麝香草屬植物; 百里香[U]
Thymus vulgaris contains thymol, which great antiseptic
Thymol kills germs and bacteria in your mouth to keep breath fresh.
Ingredient :
Mint 【植】薄荷 , thyme
Steps:
Only get the leaves-> chop 10 table spoon -> add 200 ml Volka + one lemon skin (yellow) -> 3 teaspoon of cloves -> 1 teaspoon of aniseed 洋茴香（八角）
-> blend it
Put in a container put Volka on the top store for a month -> in cool dark place ->
Filter -> 4 table spoon of glycerine【化】甘油 to sweet the taste
Can preserve for 6 month

2. Plantain cream 【植】車前草 -> Cream for insects bite
Plantago lanceolata contains sterols, polyphenols.
Sterol can treat the allergy reaction caused by insect bites, which is anti-histamine (reduce allergy reaction). Polyphenols bring down the inflammation, which calm inflammation.
Steps :
Chop plantain into two pot, one add water, one add oil almodo .
->
Two spoon white wax in the oil from top -> in the pot melt it -> add pure beeswax candle -> low heat till all wax desolve
Filtering the pot with water ->
16 spoon of water filtering solution into wax -> stirring ( white color ) -> add 2 spoon of glycerine sweet -> 1 spoon vitamin c powder
Preserve in freezer in a year

3. Body scrub
Ingredient : pepper mint 薄荷
Steps :
Pick the leaves of pepper mint down 50g -> chop -> add rosemary 【植】迷迭香 50g and eucalyptus herb leaves 桉(樹)屬植物 50 g of each -> add lemon skin 2 -> 1 spoon of black pepper -> 300 ml Oliver oil -> heat it gently till bobbles ->put lid on for 2 mins -> filter with cloth
400 g sea salt -> adding the liquid -> mix -> put in container -> smooth paste some oil on top .
