1. Echinacea ice lolly 預防感冒冰棒

Steps:
Roots 20 g -> add 80 ml vodka -> in container in cool dark place for 2 weeks

Steps :
Chop the Valerian roots -> only 1 table spoon per cup of hot chocolate -> add lavender flower & lemon balm 香油 leaves (melissa 蜜蜂花,密裏薩香草) -> add 3 passion fruit flower 6 leaves -> add 900 ml milk -> add 1.5 orange skin
->strong heat 5-10 mins -> dark chocolate 6 cubes -> dissolve well
3 cups a day , 3 weeks a time
Will cause drowsiness 睡意so check with your doctor if you are taking antidepressant or sleeping pills . ( which means better to take it at night time isn't it :)
Feel less panic, feel calm

3. Marshmallow roots for cough syrup 藥蜀葵
