1. marigold acne gel   -- Marigold 【植物；植物學】金盞花；萬壽菊 gel for acne 痤瘡；粉刺

marigold (calendula officinalis) contains salicylic acid, which is powerful anti-oxidant. !!!!

with rose geranium 香葉天竺葵 together they kill bacteria, exfoliate the skin, and reduce inflammation

Steps:
12  rose geranium flower -> similar quantity of lavender ->  250 ml boiling water ->
cut the leaves of rose geranium ->  put on leaves ->  10 mins ->  blend it slightly ->  filtering with cloth

-> gelatine 2 spoon cold water to 25g gelatine  ->  gradually pour filtering liquid in the gelatine liquid ->  stir mix  ->  add 20 drop tea tree oil  ->  5 spoon vodka (anti bacteria )

last 6-8 weeks

2. Elderflower  接骨 throat lozenges 錠劑 -- great for teacher!!! teaching!! talking!!!

Elderflower (sambucus nigra) contains flavonoids and phenolic acids, which has anti-viral ability (can store in the freezer for later use)

combines with eucalyptus leaves, which can reduce swelling and decongest the nose and chest

Steps:
10 to 15 heads of elderflowers  -> in boiling water  ->  2 spoon of linseed 亞麻籽 to produce gel  -> 12 eucalyptus leaves  -> lid on for 1 hour  -> filtering -> add half to the elderberries one.

 crunch break up a cup of Gum Arabic into the smallest pieces  -> 3 spoon of elderberries 接骨木屬植物 -> a cup of water -> stir  -> add above liquid -> 2 cups of sugar or just 1 cup -> pour on baking tray paper

-> break -> in white sugar powder

can keep for 1 year , store in cool dark dry place. 1 week, its better ! :)

3.Lavender bath bomb !!!!

Steps:
250 degree to dry up the lavender

1 tbsp citric acid powder 檸檬酸 + 
3 tbsp bicarbonate of soda 小蘇打
-> mix powder and dry lavender -> 8 drops of lavender essential oil -> mix -> add 1 spoon regular almond oil ->  in shape -> leave for 1 hour

4.Viola 【植】菫菜屬植物 cream for eczema 濕疹

三色菫Viola tricolor (wild pansy or heartsease)

viola tricolor contains rutins and saponins, which can sussing skin.
together can strengthen capillary walls and reduce swelling

Steps:
2 to 3 spoon of oil -> heat against water -> 1 spoon of bee's wax -> 2 spoon emulsifying wax -> stir till melt

15 voila head -> boiling water -> 2 spoon Roman or German chamomile, dried 洋甘菊 ->10 mins -> filter

put wax back on for 10 mins -> add 250 ml voila liquid  (white up) ->  stir ->  add half spoon glycerine 甘油 -> 1 spoon vitamin C powder -> in jar. :)

keep for 2 month
